All services are carried out by technically skilled staff in our Operational Service Centre (OSC) based in the Netherlands. The OSC has a surface of 5000m2 and a capacity over 2000 set-top boxes daily, depending on the type of service requested. All refurbished products will be fully tested and completed, in conformity with manufacturer' standards.
